About OjosTV

OjosTV is a social video platform that connects people around the world through real-time video conversations. Our product is available in 24 languages, on mobile and desktop, and every detail of the interface shapes how people meet for the first time.

About the role

We're offering a six-month, part-time internship on our design team, at our Tel Aviv office. This isn't an internship spent watching from the side: you'll work on real screens and flows that users see every day, get close mentoring from a senior designer, and see your work go live. By the end you'll have real projects in your portfolio — and, for the right person, the option to stay on with us.

Responsibilities

  • Design new screens and flows in the app, from sketch to final design
  • Build interactive prototypes and test them with users
  • Improve existing screens based on usage data and feedback
  • Work within our existing design system and help extend it
  • Adapt designs for right-to-left languages and a range of screen sizes
  • Work closely with developers all the way to release

Requirements

  • A design student (UX/UI, visual communication or a related field) or a graduate of the last two years
  • A portfolio — projects from your studies count
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • An understanding of interface design, typography and visual hierarchy
  • Availability for at least 3 days a week for six months
  • Curiosity, openness to feedback and a desire to learn

Nice to have

  • Experience designing mobile apps
  • Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG)
  • Basic HTML and CSS
  • Experience with interface animation and motion

What we offer

  • ₪50–60 per hour
  • Personal mentoring from a senior designer
  • Flexible hours that fit around your studies
  • Real projects for your portfolio
  • The option of continued employment after the internship

Hiring process

  1. Send your CV and a link to your portfolio
  2. A conversation about your portfolio (about 45 minutes)
  3. A short design exercise and a discussion of it with the team

Applications are open until November 30, 2026. We get back to everyone who applies.

Equal opportunity

We hire regardless of gender, age, origin, religion, sexual orientation or disability, and we encourage candidates from every background to apply.
