Community Guidelines

These guidelines are part of our Terms of Use. Breaking them can lead to your content being removed or your access being suspended or ended. They apply to everything you do on OjosTV: what you show on camera, what you say and write, and what you post.

1. Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use OjosTV. Do not use it if you are younger, and never help a minor to get around the age check. If someone you meet appears to be under 18, end the chat and report them with the reason "Looks under 18".

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor is forbidden — including grooming, sextortion and child sexual abuse material, whether real or generated. We remove such accounts immediately and permanently, and report them to the authorities. Read our Child Safety Standards.

3. No nudity or sexual content

OjosTV is not an adult content service. Do not:

• show nudity, sexual acts or sexual body parts on camera, in photos, videos or live broadcasts;
• perform or request sexual acts, or make sexual requests to people who have not welcomed them;
• share sexually explicit content or links to it;
• offer or ask for sexual services, or for money in exchange for intimate content.

4. Never share intimate images without consent

Sharing — or threatening to share — someone's intimate images without their consent is forbidden, including fake or AI-generated images. If this has happened to you, use our intimate image removal page.

5. Respect people

• No harassment, bullying, insults or intimidation.
• No hate speech, slurs or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or any similar characteristic.
• No threats, and no promotion or glorification of violence, terrorism or violent groups.
• No encouragement of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. If you are worried about someone, report it; if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

6. Respect privacy

• Do not record, screenshot or share another user's image, voice or messages without their consent.
• Do not share other people's personal information — such as their full name, address, phone number, workplace or documents — and do not ask others for theirs in order to pressure or harm them.
• Be careful with your own information. Someone you have just met does not need your address, your social accounts or your financial details.

7. Be honest

• Do not impersonate another person, a brand, or OjosTV staff.
• Do not run scams, phishing, fake giveaways or romance fraud, and do not ask other users for money.
• Do not use fake accounts, and do not create a new account to get around a ban or a block.

8. No spam or illegal activity

• No spam, repetitive messages, unsolicited advertising or excessive self-promotion.
• No selling or promoting illegal or regulated goods and services, such as drugs, weapons or counterfeit products.
• No content that breaks the law where you are or where the other person is.

9. Keep the Service working

Do not use bots, scripts or scrapers; do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts; and do not try to bypass the age check, bans, blocks or other safety measures.

10. Respect other people's work

Only share content you have the right to share. Music, film clips and images found online usually belong to someone else. See our Copyright Policy.

Reporting and blocking

• Report — in random video chat, use the report button on the chat screen; you can choose a reason and add details. Registered users can also report through the Help Centre in their settings. Reports are confidential: we never tell the other person who reported them.
• Block — registered users can block anyone. A blocked person cannot contact you, and you can manage your blocked list in your settings.
• Leave — you can end any chat at any moment. You never owe a stranger an explanation.

Reports that involve a minor are reviewed before all others. Child safety concerns can also be sent to safety@ojos.tv.

What happens when rules are broken

Depending on how serious the violation is, and whether it has happened before, we may remove content, limit features, suspend your access to random video chat or to the whole Service for a period or permanently, or close your account. Child exploitation, intimate image abuse and credible threats lead to immediate permanent removal, and may be reported to the authorities.

When we take action, we tell you what we did and why, unless that would be unlawful or put someone at risk. If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal as described in the Terms of Use.

Staying safe

• Leave any chat that makes you uncomfortable, and report it.
• Do not move a conversation with a stranger to another app because they insist.
• If someone threatens to share images of you unless you pay or send more, do not pay and do not send anything. Keep evidence, block, report, and read our intimate image removal page.
• Do not show anything on camera that you would not want recorded.

Changes

We may update these guidelines as the Service and the risks around it change. Significant changes will be announced on the Service.
