This includes but is not limited to personal identification numbers, addresses, phone numbers, and financial or medical information. Violating others' privacy is a serious breach of these guidelines.

4. Age Restrictions

OjosTV is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Users found to be under the required age will be immediately removed from the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. This includes any copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary information. You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that you do not own or have permission to use.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any user engaging in behavior that violates these guidelines, you are encouraged to report the incident to OjosTV through the appropriate channels. All reports will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken where necessary.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Impersonation: Users may not impersonate other individuals, including other users, public figures, or OjosTV staff, to deceive or mislead others.
• Spamming and Excessive Self-Promotion: Sending unsolicited messages, posting repetitive content, or excessively promoting personal services or products is prohibited.
• Disruption of Service: Interfering with the normal functioning of the platform through the use of bots, scripts, or other automated means is strictly forbidden.
• Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights: Users may not upload or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engaging in Fraudulent Activities: Any form of fraud, including scamming or phishing, is strictly prohibited.
• Distribution of Malware or Harmful Software: Users may not distribute viruses, malware, or any harmful software.
• Manipulating Ratings and Feedback: Attempts to manipulate ratings or reviews through dishonest means are prohibited.

OjosTV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the platform without prior notice if you are found to be in violation of these guidelines or for any other reason deemed appropriate by OjosTV. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned from the platform.
