Child Safety Standards
OjosTV has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This page explains our standards, how to report a concern, and how we respond.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
OjosTV strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in every form. This includes the creation, sharing, requesting, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any attempt to access it through our service.
Any content, behaviour, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is forbidden on OjosTV. This includes, and is not limited to:
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, real or generated
- Grooming — building a relationship with a minor in order to sexually exploit them
- Sextortion — threatening to share a minor's intimate images to coerce them
- Sexualized commentary about, or directed at, a minor
- Trafficking or advertising a minor for sexual purposes
- Sharing links, handles, or instructions that lead to CSAM elsewhere
Accounts found engaging in any of the above are terminated immediately and without warning. We do not issue strikes or warnings for CSAE.
Reporting to authorities
Confirmed child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), which forwards reports to law enforcement worldwide. Where local law requires reporting to a different or additional authority, we do that as well.
We preserve relevant account data and content for law enforcement in line with applicable legal requirements.
Age requirement
OjosTV is for adults. Users must be 18 or older. Accounts we identify as belonging to someone under 18 are removed, whether or not any other rule was broken.
How to report
Every OjosTV user can report content or behaviour directly in the app. During a video chat, and on any profile or message, a report option is available without leaving the screen you are on.
Reports that involve a minor are escalated ahead of the general moderation queue and reviewed by trained staff. You do not need to be the person affected to file one.
Reporting is confidential. We do not tell the reported account who filed a report.

Our commitments
We maintain these standards as part of running OjosTV, not as a formality. Concretely, we:
- Prohibit CSAE in our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines, consistent with this page
- Provide in-app reporting on every surface where users interact
- Review reports involving minors ahead of other reports
- Terminate offending accounts immediately, with no warning step
- Report to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement
- Comply with applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where we operate
- Keep a dedicated child safety contact address, published on this page
